My cooking style is focused on using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create flavorful and healthy meals. I draw inspiration from a variety of cuisines and techniques to create unique and delicious dishes here on the island of Kaua'i. Please get in touch ('Bookings' Tab) so we can design a menu, confirm a date and meal together. Someone from the Conscious Cooks team will arrive the day of the event at a pre-confirmed time to begin meal preparations, service, and clean up. You and your guests enjoy delicious local food without any of the cleanup.
Yes, I take food allergies very seriously and can accommodate a wide variety of allergies and sensitivities. Please let me know your specific needs and I will work with you to create safe and delicious meals.
Absolutely! The best part of hiring a private chef is designing a personalized menu that you and your guests want to enjoy together. We work together to identify seasonal foods that are best for your group.
An invoice paid in full is a confirmation of a reservation. All invoices are payable via credit card. Alternative payment methods may be arranged, please inquire while making arrangements.
I am very flexible and understanding about menu changes, final guest counts, and meal time service until 72 hours prior to the event.
I invoice $150-$175/person+groceries and gratuities for a private dinner party of this size. I will keep all the receipts and turn them into you when I arrive for the meal.
