My cooking style is focused on using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create flavorful and healthy meals. I draw inspiration from a variety of cuisines and techniques to create unique and delicious dishes here on the island of Kaua'i. Please get in touch ('Bookings' Tab) so we can design a menu, confirm a date and meal together. Someone from the Conscious Cooks team will arrive the day of the event at a pre-confirmed time to begin meal preparations, service, and clean up. You and your guests enjoy delicious local food without any of the cleanup. 

Yes, I take food allergies very seriously and can accommodate a wide variety of allergies and sensitivities. Please let me know your specific needs and I will work with you to create safe and delicious meals.

Absolutely! The best part of hiring a private chef is designing a personalized menu that you and your guests want to enjoy together. We work together to identify seasonal foods that are best for your group. 

An invoice paid in full is a confirmation of a reservation. All invoices are payable via credit card. Alternative payment methods may be arranged, please inquire while making arrangements. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your reservation. All payments are non-refundable. This includes cancellations for any reason or requests for date changes.

I am very flexible and understanding about menu changes, final guest counts, and meal time service. Any changes to the menu made within ten (10) days prior to the meal service will incur a $100 change fee per occurrence.

I invoice $175/person+groceries and gratuities for a private dinner party. I will keep all the receipts and turn them into you when I arrive for the meal.
