Food is our love language! Hello, my name is Allen Gula and I am a private chef. I am a culinary school drop out that has worked in vegan/vegetarian, Italian wood fire pizza, and Spanish Tapas restaurants before coming to the island of Kaua'i to work as a private chef. I love to travel to find culinary inspiration, fresh ingredients and new ideas to infuse into my passion of cooking. Food is supposed to be fun, flavorful and healthy. Every year I volunteer in rural Nepal with a nonprofit organization called 'Conscious Impact'. They host volunteers around the world to engage in community volunteer projects. We get the opportunity to cook for one another and learn local recipes in the beauty of the Himalayas.
